The assembly of the Tank 300 SUV has been launched at the facilities of the Kaliningrad Avtotor. Production began back in May, although the information only appeared on June 10.
What is known about the Kaliningrad version:
- engine 2.0-liter gasoline engine with 218 hp and 380 Nm;
- The box is an eight-band "automatic";
- all-wheel drive with a "step-down";
- adaptation to Russia – a complete set of heaters and enhanced anti-corrosion treatment of the body.
The assembly is carried out using a large-scale method from already welded and painted bodies. But the Great Wall representative office has already stated that there are plans to expand production operations and increase the level of localization.
Please note: the engine in the Kaliningrad version is deformed. With the onset of the 2026 model year, the power was reduced from 220 to 218 hp. In addition, the option with a hard-wired all-wheel drive disappeared from the official price list, although such cars are still on sale.
Prices for the Tank 300 currently range from 4,499,000 to 5,249,000 rubles. It is not yet specified how much cars from Kaliningrad will cost. When they will appear at dealers is also an open question.
